Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. VYRO Labs is not responsible for delays, missed scans, inaccurate carrier updates, or temporary tracking interruptions once the package is in carrier possession.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. VYRO Labs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed delivery, returned shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately at vyrolabs@officialvyrolabs.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

VYRO Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after carrier-confirmed delivery. However, we may assist you in reviewing available tracking information or carrier claim options where possible.

Claims for missing or undelivered packages should be reported as soon as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the product, and a clear description of the issue.

We may request additional information before approving a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.

12. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused, returned to sender, undeliverable, unclaimed, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, VYRO Labs may deduct shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling fees, carrier fees, and other applicable costs from any approved refund.

Reshipment may require payment of additional shipping charges.

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance requirements, inspections, restrictions, and compliance obligations in the destination country.

VYRO Labs is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs or government authorities due to destination-country restrictions or customer non-compliance.
