Policy Summary
VYRO Labs reviews return, refund, replacement, and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Because our products are research-use products, we may not accept returns of opened, used, tampered, improperly stored, or temperature-sensitive items.
1. Research-Use Product Notice
All products sold by VYRO Labs are intended strictly for laboratory, analytical, and research-use purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, or any unauthorized use.
2. Returns
Due to the research-use nature of our products, returns may not be accepted once a product has been shipped, opened, used, damaged, tampered with, improperly stored, or removed from its original condition.
If a return is approved, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. VYRO Labs reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vyrolabs@officialvyrolabs.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the package, photos of the product, and any relevant shipping or tracking information.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, or card issuer.
Shipping costs, handling fees, processing fees, and other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund is due to an error by VYRO Labs.
6. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation and may be handled under our return review process.
7. Shipping Delays and Unshipped Orders
We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes shown on our website or during checkout. If no shipping timeframe is provided, we aim to process orders within a commercially reasonable period.
If we are unable to ship an order within the promised timeframe, we may contact you regarding the delay, offer a revised shipping estimate, or issue a refund for unshipped merchandise where required.

If a package is refused, returned to sender, undeliverable, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, VYRO Labs may deduct shipping, handling, return shipping, carrier fees, and other applicable costs from any approved refund.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in order cancellation, account restriction, refusal of future service, and submission of evidence to the payment processor.
